These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and 1wingames ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 1wingames website located at https://1wingames.vip and all associated services, games, features, and content offered therein.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of 1wingames or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 1wingames platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. 1wingames reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if eligibility requirements are not met or can no longer be confirmed.

To access the full range of 1wingames services, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to all 1wingames accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active 1wingames account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1wingames login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 1wingames will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of unauthorized access: You must notify 1wingames immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security.
• KYC compliance: 1wingames may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures at any time, including submission of a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in account restrictions.

All financial transactions on the 1wingames platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your chosen payment method and account verification status.
• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at 1wingames' discretion.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 1wingames does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.
• 1wingames reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. This may include requesting supporting documentation.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined or delayed if there is a pending bonus wagering requirement, an ongoing security review, or a suspected breach of these Terms.

1wingames offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are credited to your 1wingames account as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Specific promotions may carry different wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in the promotion details.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not met within the specified period.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
• 1wingames reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect bonuses already claimed and in progress.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

All games available on the 1wingames platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

• All 1wingames games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The RNG systems used by our game providers are independently tested and certified by recognized testing laboratories.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on the 1wingames server, the server record shall be the definitive and binding result.
• Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, 1wingames will make reasonable efforts to restore the game to its state immediately prior to the interruption. If this is not possible, the affected bet will be refunded.
• 1wingames reserves the right to void any bet or game result that is the product of a software error, misconfiguration, or any other technical fault that results in an outcome that would not have occurred under normal operating conditions.
• The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are theoretical averages calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1wingames platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or at any other time, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment methods.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker or coordinating bets in live dealer games.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to interact with the 1wingames platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors, or misconfigured games to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Money laundering: Using the 1wingames platform to launder money or to facilitate any other financial crime. 1wingames is required by Philippine law to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider. Any player who initiates a chargeback will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation.
• Underage gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the 1wingames platform by any person under 21 years of age.

All content on the 1wingames platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the website, is the property of 1wingames or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 1wingames platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any 1wingames content without prior written consent.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the 1wingames website on any other website or platform.
• Use the 1wingames brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorization.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 1wingames and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any decision made by you in reliance on information provided on the 1wingames platform.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.

In any event, the maximum aggregate liability of 1wingames to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 1wingames account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

1wingames is committed to promoting responsible gaming and operates in alignment with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to control your spending.
• Loss limits: Set limits on the amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 1wingames platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

1wingames reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers.
• Use of prohibited software or engagement in collusion.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account termination.

You may close your 1wingames account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

1wingames reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the 1wingames platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the 1wingames platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
